Chelsea management has identified their top priorities in the current transfer season to strengthen the squad.
The English newspaper The Sun reported that Chelsea are focusing their attention on signing Milan's Gonzalo Higuain to add more support to the attacking line.
Mauricio Sari is suffering from the fluctuation of Alvaro Morata and Olivier Jiro.
Higuain failed to prove himself with Rossoneri after moving to San Siro from Juventus last summer on loan until the end of the season.
"Higuain" is the top priority of the Blues at the winter Mercato.
She confirmed that Chelsea were ready to transfer the 31-year-old to Stamford Bridge on loan until next summer, and then discuss the issue of permanently joining Juventus.
Higuain had previously played under Sari when the duo was in Naples.
Higuain managed to score 41 goals in 104 Serie A matches in Napoli under Sari before moving to Juventus in 2016.
