The Saudi club Al-Shabab has made clear the negotiations for the inclusion of "Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet" wing of the Turkish club Kassem Pasha in the upcoming Mercato winter.
"There is no truth to what has been reported in the Turkish press, and it has been circulated in social networking sites about the intention of young people to contract with the Egyptian player known as Trezeguet," said Ahmed El Masaoud, manager of the club's media center via his Twitter account.
There were reports on Thursday morning confirming the intention of the Saudi club to obtain the services of the former Ahli player during the next transfer period immediately after the beginning of January.
The Turkish club through Norsal Bilgin, the sports director, has stressed that the administration does not think of abandoning the Egyptian Pharaohs, because of its great importance to form the team.
Trezeguet has an extended contract with Qasim Pasha until June 2021, but there is a penalty clause for termination of the contract for a fee of 5 million euros that other clubs can pay to sign.
