Preparation and Preparation of Fattoush with Roasted Bread

Ingredients

– tomatoes: 2 tablets (minced)
– Green onion: 2 omelets (minced)
– Parsley: 1/4 cup (minced)
– Mint: 1/4 cup (minced)
– Salt: half a teaspoon
– Option: 2 tablets (minced)
– Radish: 1 cup (minced)
– Green pepper: 1 cup (minced)
– Olive oil: 2 tbsp
– Lemon juice: 1 tablet
– Arabic bread: quarter cup (clip and toaster)
– Pomegranate molasses: 2 tbsp
– Samak: a large spoon

How to prepare

1. Mix tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers and peppers in a bowl.

2. Add the chopped onion, mint, parsley and my heart.

3. Mix olive oil with lemon juice, sumac and pomegranate molasses in a dish.

4. Mix the mixture over the vegetable mixture.

5. Spread the toasted bread and serve immediately.
