The awards are still going on and it seems that January promises Mohammed Salah the new year, after he was named the Player of the Year in December at Liverpool.
Salah won the 2019 Best in Africa award just hours before he received the UAE sports Innovation Award, and then the best goal in December in Liverpool.
Today, Liverpool announce Salah won the Player of the Year award in December, after competing with defender Virgil Van Dyke and midfielder Sheridan Shakiri.
Salah won this award last October, before returning it to Arnold in November.
Salah is set to lead Liverpool to face Brighton in the 22nd round of the Premier League on Saturday.
