Thai prawns Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cooking oil 2 tbsp red curry sauce 12 ounces coconut milk 1 red sweet peppers, seedless and sliced 6 ounces fresh mushrooms, Japanese or other sliced 1/2 pound shrimps, uncooked and cleaned 8 fresh basil leaves cooked white rice
Heat the pan over medium heat, heat it, add cooking oil and red curry paste. Move for 30 seconds. Add coconut milk and stir well. Add the mushrooms and red pepper and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add the shrimp to the curry and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add basil and served with white rice. Cedar is made according to the usual method.
