Ingredients:

A fish weighing a kilo

Spices of prepared fish

3 finely chopped tomatoes
Pour hot red pepper, finely chopped

Half a bunch of finely chopped parsley
6 pieces of crushed garlic
A quarter cup of olive oil

Hot red pepper
Onion cut into small pieces

How to prepare:
Saline the fish well and add to the spices of fish and the leaves of laurel and slices of lemon inside
Place lemon slices on the fish face and then wrap them in tin foil and place in a 180 ° oven for half an hour
Remove the fish from the oven and remove the tin from it and then cover it and leave it aside

How to prepare the sauce:
Put the garlic, onion and pepper in a pan on the fire and fry the ingredients with a little oil for five minutes. Add the coriander and stir the ingredients. Add the tomatoes, parsley, salt and remaining spices, and leave for 10 minutes, then put the fish in the serving dish and pour the sauce over it.
