How to make meat soup and dough packs

2 cups flour

Enough amount of water to make you dough
Half a teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 to 6 cups chicken broth or meat for soup
Half a cup of butter
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
Water and salt for packing


Kg of minced meat
a small spoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of sweet berry
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of sweet berry
Half a bunch of chopped parsley
A large onion finely chopped
Filling preparation

Mix the meat with salt, spices, cinnamon, sweet spice, parsley and onion to get a mix. Pour this mixture into small balls and align the balls aside for use in dough filling.

How to prepare

Mix the flour with water, salt and oil to get a medium soft paste. This dough is divided into two balls.

Cover the dough and leave aside for half an hour.

Sprinkle the flour over the work table and raise each dough ball to get a large circle 1 cm thick.

Cut this dough into 12 squares. Stuff each box with a meat roller and roll to get a large, fig-like package.

Put these packages aside, then climb in boiling water with salt until ripe. Remove the boiled packets with a spoon with holes and set aside.

Boil chicken broth with butter and pepper. Dunk the dough in boiled and stuffed dough and cook over medium heat until cooked.

Sprinkle the soup with the packages in the serving dish and serve hot
