Quarter cup of lemon juice
4 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tbsp "spoon" Rosemary minced
2 tbsp "tablespoon" chopped parsley
2 tbsp "tablespoon" olive oil
How to prepare
In medium bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic, parsley and rosemary, and toss well.
Add the pieces of meat, and let them stir well.
We go into the fridge and leave it in the tap for 4 hours.
Cut the meat pieces with the potato pieces alternately in the wooden skewers until the meat and potatoes are finished.
Remove the electric grill and oil it.
Place the meat skewers on the grill for 10 – 15 minutes, and turn them on the sides every 5 minutes until browned and cooked.
Cook the lamb stew with potato in the dish, and serve it hot with the potatoes.

It is best to leave the meat in the dressing for a whole night so that you can taste it.
You can add chopped onions and thyme to the mixture to give them a tasty taste.
