Former France international Emmanuel Petit has revealed that his compatriot Arsene Wenger will return to training soon after he left this season for the first time in 22 years.
Arsene Wenger, who has been in Arsenal for 22 years, left at the end of last season, leaving the coach of Unai Emery.
"Wenger will be back soon. He told me that when I was with him a few weeks ago in Dubai," said Emmanuel Betty, a former Arsenal and French national.
Wenger has been linked to the training of Milan, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in the last period, in addition to being associated with the post of sports director in Paris Saint-Germain.
"I do not think Wenger can work in the office, although he has the knowledge and the intelligence to do so, but he wants to complete his career on the bench."
"I think his period with Arsenal was a success," he said. "The club has said so much, and the story must have ended, like any relationship in the universe, it must end."
