Egypt condemns the targeting of Huthis airports Abha and Jazan South of Saudi Arabia

Egypt strongly condemned on the tongue of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs targeting the Houthis, Saturday evening, airports Abha and Jazan south Saudi Arabia aircraft march.

In a statement, the ministry reiterated Egypt's "full support to the government and people of Saudi Arabia in the face of such brutal attacks and attempts to undermine its security and stability."

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry stressed that "these targeting of civilians and civilian facilities is a flagrant violation of international laws and norms that must be addressed by all means and the responsibility of the international community to remove them."

The statement also stressed that Egypt stands with all measures taken by the Kingdom to deter such terrorist attacks and to ensure the protection of civilians.

The Huthi forces announced on Saturday evening that they had been targeted in a qualitative operation by the "K2" aircraft, the airports of Abha and Jazan, claiming that the attack resulted in their departure from work.

For its part, said the Arab alliance led by Saudi Arabia that its air defense forces managed to shoot down an unmanned plane to the Abha area, without mentioning the attack on Jazan airport.
