While others claim that there is an agreement that Frankie de Jong is moving to Paris St Germain, the Dutchman was talking to The Guardian about his future.
The most surprising thing about De Young's comments is that he does not rule out staying at Ajax Amsterdam for another season, and he will not leave during the winter transitions in January.
"It's hard to say what's going to happen, I want to finish this season well with Ajax, then we'll see, maybe I'll stay for another year, maybe I'll go, but I'm not sure," De Jong told the English newspaper.
In connection with a contract with Ajax until June 2022, De Young says it is "difficult" to predict his future in the long term.
"I do not care about the rumors, I hear the news, but I just want to finish this season well," he said.
According to reports in the Netherlands, De Jong, Ajax's sporting director Mark Overmars, has said he will receive a Paris Saint Germain bid for 75 million euros, and you can see details from here.
