Real Madrid striker Raúl de Thomas has been on his side since the start of the season, after leaving Real Madrid on loan last summer.
The 24-year-old now has eight goals after scoring three hat-tricks in the match against Celta Vigo and finishing fourth with two goals for his side.
Raul said after the game to the Spanish league channel: "I am happy to register for the goals, I want to continue and help my team in every game, and this is the most important."
Raul left Real Madrid in 2017 and contributed to the rise of Rayo Vallecano last season to the first division.
Asked about the return to Real Madrid, De Thomas said: "I'm here to talk about the hatrick, I think the time is not right to talk about anything else."
"Lopegete asked me to stay at Real Madrid, but I decided to leave in order to get the chance, and now I'm the winner, I have succeeded in my choice."
De Thomas now has eight goals, and surpassed Karim Benzema in the top scorer of the Spanish league.
