Microsoft began circulating the new update on October 2, but a number of users who received the new update pointed out that it caused technical problems such as deleting some of the profiles of these users, where complaints spread to the forums and social networking sites, and were not The step back from these updates has no benefit in retrieving the deleted files, which prompted Microsoft to stop hiring the update to the rest of the users until the problem is accurately discovered and resolved.

Microsoft has re-launched the update “Windows 10 1809” after it fixed the problem that caused the loss of user files, Microsoft has put the new version of the update on the channels of the candidates, before starting to employ a wide range after testing well to avoid any problem.
