A strange diet may treat one of the causes of infertility among women!

Many studies stress the need to avoid snacks throughout the day in order to stay healthy, but a recent study may change some of these facts forever.

Nutritionist Nora Cozines, from Manchester, says a four-hour diet can be the best solution for treating infertility in millions of women.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, one of the most common and complex metabolic and endocrine disorders, is thought to be one of the main causes of low fertility in females.

Millions of women of childbearing age worldwide are diagnosed with this syndrome, although the exact cause of the condition is not known.

The nutritionist says that more than 1543 healthy children have been born as a direct result of her diet for 18 years, which depends on eating very small meals every 15 minutes, along with the three basic meals a day.

One in seven couples struggles for pregnancy because of a woman with polycystic ovary syndrome, which is one of the main causes of infertility among women, as well as increased weight, mood swings and hair growth on the face and body.

"Her plan is to eat healthy, nutritious and small meals on a regular basis," she said. "Women can increase metabolism and lose weight." "This helped balance the hormones and thus regulate the menstrual cycle, which allows for normal pregnancy."

"There is no specific price range for this diet," she said. "It's enough to stick to the list of foods to eat and what to avoid."

A piece of red pepper, celery, carrots, chicken, eggs or peeled almonds can be eaten no more than a quarter of an hour throughout the day.

Cozines recommends avoiding starchy foods, such as bread, pasta and rice, until you reach the desired weight, as well as eating foods cooked with fresh ingredients only.

Cozines also stresses the need to buy organic foods where possible to avoid hormone-disrupting insecticides, as well as eating three pieces of fruit a day, especially kiwi and pear.

The dietitian also recommends taking protein immediately before sleep, which keeps the metabolism and fat burning during sleep.
